Your Package Always Includes:

​GUESTS:

Up to 200 guests are welcome. There is ample level parking for all your guests. Inquire for 200+.

CHAIRS, TABLES & SET UP/TAKE DOWN

 12 banquet & 25 round tables, white very clean and pressed linens, white resin folding chairs all come with the package.Plus, PA system ready for DJ's to use and decorations including shepherd hooks, lanterns, candle holders, etc. should you want to use them.  Grounds coordinator will set up chairs and tables based on your chosen wedding layout. We will also take down chairs and tables after your event ends. 

CATERING & BEVERAGES:

Bring your own food truck, catering service or restaurant. We are a BYO facility for all food and beverages with no extra fees. A licensed bartender is required to serve beer and wine. 

WE DO NOT ALLOW HARD ACOHOL FOR TO LIABILITY REASONS.

Inspired by the first wedding at Knoll Crest of our oldest daughter, this warm cedar gazebo floats over the lake with with lighted stained glass windows.

A long green carpet flanked by aromatic lavender plants, leading to our iconic iron gate and cedar trellis, curtained by grape vines & flowers.

The perfect symmetry of double pergolas, anchored on rich flagstone, with views of the gorgeous private Knoll Crest Winery vineyard. Great too for the reception and catering.

The large private brides room includes everything you will need to get ready in style, with indoor bathroom  with double sinks, private bridal dressing area, multiple brides maid's stations, large mirrors & extra seating & mini fridge. Brides loves this space. It's as big as an Air B&B!

The red barn supplies the grooms with everything they need to get ready and have a great time while doing it. This barn includes foosball table, mini fridge, space to get ready & rustic country furniture and decor. Grooms are always pleased with this large space which could double as an AirB&B.

Serve up a charming drink to delight your guest from your selection beer or wine. From there, they can enjoy music wafting from the rafters, watch the Koi swim in the adjacent fountain pool or peek through a sparkling stained-glass window to the dance floor.

 A robust food staging area in the carriage barn with double swinging doors. Your caterer can bring in their crew and the pre-offsite prepared food and enjoy a spacious counter area to stage food for serving. The food staging building has a large cooler, fridge with freezer, sink and plenty of serving trays and utensils in case they forgot anything.​

All guests love our lighted stone dance floor to give you a perfect first dance and setting for your guest dance party. situated right next tot he bar, koi pond and surrounded by garden which is all lit up at dusk. You can decorate on your own or it will come ready with white sheer  tapestry ready for your party.

A lighted, white 20' X 40' tent, complete with flowing fabrics and sparkling chandelier. This space can be used for an outdoor dinning room, buffet area, or dance floor.

If desired, your event can also includes the use of our 4, smaller 12' x 12' foot tents, 5 black bistro tables, wine barrels & lots of extra decor. We have a built in sounds system.
